JUDGMENT

The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the decree amount is over Rs. One Lakh and odd, the judgment debtors are allowed to pay a meager amount i.e., Rs.2,500/-, which according to the petitioner is insufficient even to meet the interest that accrues on the decree debt.

This Original Petition is disposed of directing the court below to consider the above contention raised by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders regarding the execution of the decree.
