JUDGMENT
The limited prayer in this Original Petition is for a direction to the court below to issue carbon copy of order dated 4.4.2015 allowing Ext.P2 application, i.e. I.A. 1023 of 2015 in O.S. 648 of 2012.
2. The petitioner points out that without notice to him, the impugned order has been passed and though he has applied for carbon copy of the order, the same has not yet been issued and that prevents him from taking further steps in the matter. If in the meanwhile, further steps are taken pursuant to the order, the petitioner will be put to irreparable loss and injury.
3. The petitioner prays that there may be a direction to Sub Court, Thiruvananthapuram to issue carbon copy of the order dated 4.4.2015 passed on Ext.P2

application, and till then the order dated 4.4.2015 may be kept in abeyance.
4. In the nature of the order that is proposed to be passed in this Original Petition, notice to the respondent appears to be unnecessary.
This Original Petition is disposed of directing Additional Sub Court, Thiruvananthapuram to issue carbon copy of the order dated 4.4.2015 in Ext.P2 application as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two weeks from the date of re-opening of the court and till then, the order in Ext.P2 shall be kept in abeyance.
