J U D G M E N T
A 96 year old man has approached this Court, by praying for a direction to the expeditious disposal of O.S.No.1378 of 2013, pending before the Additional Munisiff's Court-IV, Thiruvananthapuram. It has been reported that even though the case is posted for framing issues, almost all the pre-trial steps were over. The learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the commission report and plan are also available in the matter. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a 96 year old man, this Court is also of the view that an expeditious disposal of the matter is required.
This Original Petition (Civil) is allowed and the court
O.P.(C).No.1230 of 2015 -: 2 :- below is directed to dispose of the suit, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
