JUDGMENT

This original petition was admitted and urgent notice returnable in ten days was ordered to the respondent on 20.9.2013. This Court had also directed the original petition to be posted today. The Registry has reported that the petitioner has not so far taken steps to serve notice on the respondent.

When this original petition was called on for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was not present. There was also no representation on his behalf. The original petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
