The limited request is to get Exts.P4 and P5 applications disposed of by the court below, as expeditiously as possible. There is a request for the stay of execution proceedings till then.

In the result, this OP(Civil) is disposed of by directing the court below to dispose of Exts.P4 and P5, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
