J U D G M E N T

An application for getting the attachment lifted is filed by the petitioner by way of I.A.No.1727 of 2015 in O.S.No.512 of 2012 before the Munsiff's Court, Alappuzha. It seems that the said IA is dated 26.05.2015. The complaint of the petitioner is that the learned Munsiff, in disregard of the necessity forwarded by the petitioner, has not taken up the matter and has posted the matter to 15.07.2015. The petitioner has sought for a direction to the learned Munsiff for an expeditious disposal. After filing the application on or before 26.05.2015, it seems that the petitioner is lamenting that the matter is not being disposed of. The averments in

O.P.(C) 1291 of 2015 -: 2 :- the OP are not correct. There is absolutely nothing to interfere with the posting of the matter on 15.07.2015. In the result, this Original Petition is dismissed. It is made clear that this judgment does not stand in the way of filing an application before the court below for getting the matter advanced.
