J U D G M E N T
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

The request is to keep in file O.S.No.2/2011 of the Subordinate Judge's Court, Cherthala, pending till a final decision is taken on the petition allegedly filed by the petitioner to get the exparte order passed against her in O.S.No.8/1984 of the said court set aside, and also till the disposal of the FAO allegedly filed against an order passed in O.S.No.8/1984.

On going through Ext.P3 order, this Court does not find anything to interfere with the said order. Ext.P3 does not suffer from any illegality, irregularity or jurisdictional
O.P.(C) 1405 of 2015 -: 2 :- error. The court below can proceed with O.S.No.229/2011. With the above observation, this Original Petition is dismissed.
