~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

The limited prayer of the petitioner is to permit him to pay off the decree debt in 10 equal monthly instalments. 3.
On hearing either side, this Court is of the view that the said request can be allowed. The petitioner is permitted to discharge the decree debt in 10 equal monthly instalments commencing from 15.07.2015 onwards. The execution proceedings shall stand stayed till then. In case of default of any of the instalments, the execution proceedings shall continue. O.P.(Civil) is disposed of as above.
