J U D G M E N T

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader.

2. It seems that without any reason, the amounts due to claimants 2 and 3 are not being deposited in Dhanalakshmi Bank, Vanchiyoor branch. Even though the court below had entered such a finding in the judgment dated 30.10.2013, it has been reported that still the amount is lying as court deposit and the amount is not deposited at the Dhanalakshmi Bank, Vanchiyoor branch. The court below is directed to see that the amounts due to claimants 2

O.P.(C).No.1475 of 2015 and 3, are deposited at the Dhanalakshmi Bank, Vanchiyoor branch as ordered, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

In the result, this Original Petition (Civil) is disposed of as above.
