J U D G M E N T
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
In a suit for specific performance of a contract, the suit was decreed and ultimately the document was also executed in favour of the petitioners who are the plaintiffs. Even prior to that, the plaintiffs were in possession of the property and for protecting their possession a suit was also filed and a decree of perpetual injunction was also obtained. The present prayer is that again the delivery of the suit property has to be effected. Amin has reported that there is nothing more to be delivered as the petitioners are in possession of the property. By recording the same, this Original Petition is closed.
