J U D G M E N T

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Delivery has been ordered in execution of a decree. When the Amin went to the spot for effecting delivery, the same was allegedly obstructed, and a report to that effect was filed by the Amin before the court below. The court below had ordered police assistance for the Amin for effecting delivery through Exhibit P5 order. The same is under challenge.

3. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on a perusal of the records, I do not think that there is anything to interfere with Exhibit P5 order. This Original

O.P.(C).1620/15 Petition (Civil) is devoid of merits and is only to be dismissed and I do so.
