J U D G M E N T

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

On hearing either side, this Court is of the view that an opportunity can be given to the petitioner to pay off the EP amount in instalments. By way of the first instalment, the petitioner shall deposit an amount of ₹5 lakhs before the court below on or before 13.08.2015. The petitioner shall pay the balance EP amount in six equal monthly instalments commencing from 14.09.2015 onwards. In case of default of any of the instalments, the execution proceedings will continue.

O.P.(Civil) is disposed of as above.
