J U D G M E N T

When this matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner pointed out that substantial portion of the decree amount has been paid and only a meagre amount is to be paid towards the decree debt. The petitioner prays for some time to pay off the debt.

This petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to pay the balance decree debt due as per the decree within one month from today. Till then, arrest warrant shall be kept in abeyance.
