~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out that the liability of the petitioner as on today is ₹1,59,414/-. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for an opportunity to the petitioner to pay off the decree debt in six equal monthly instalments. The said request can only be permitted. In the result, this O.P.(Civil) is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to pay off the decree debt in six equal monthly instalments, commencing from 04.09.2015.
