JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.331/2013 on the file of the Munsiff's Court, Punalur. She has approached this Court for an expeditious disposal of the above suit.

This Court called for a report from the court below. In the report, it is stated that six months time is required for filing the written statement.

Considering the nature of the issues, there shall be a direction to the Munsiff's Court, Punalur to dispose O.S.No.331/2013 on or before 31.3.2016.
