~~~~~~~~~ Petitioners are defendants in O.S.No.569 of 2013 on the file of Munsiff, Kottarakkara. The suit is in respect of a property which is allegedly used as a burial ground by the petitioners. Their only grievance is that unless the suit is disposed of without delay, they will not be able to bury the members of the first petitioner society who may die in future. I am taking it for granted that the presiding officer has not been able to dispose of the suit not because of the fault of the petitioners. Their request appears to be reasonable .
In the result, this O.P is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to dispose of the suit without delay and to the extent possible before the X'mas holidays. sd/- K. ABRAHAM MATHEW JUDGE R.AV //True Copy// PA to Judge
