J U D G M E N T

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is directed to pay off the decree debt in instalments as follows:

The petitioner shall deposit an amount of ₹1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) within one month from today, before the court below. The decree holder shall file a statement regarding the balance amount, before the court below, within ten days from such deposit. The petitioner shall pay off the balance amount in four equal monthly instalments thereafter. Such payment shall commence on the expiry of one month from the date of deposit of ₹1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) noted above. The execution proceedings shall stand stayed till then. In default
