J U D G M E N T

The applicant in W.C.C.No.4/08 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation, Palakkad, has approached this Court for a speedy disposal of Ext.P4.

2. Ext.P4 is an application calculating the amount due to the petitioner based on the award passed on W.C.C.No.4/08. It appears that there are some disputes regarding the amount payable to the applicant. The learned Standing counsel for the respondent submitted that they have deposited the entire amount. The petitioner submits that the petitioner has not received the entire amount as affirmed by the respondent.

In view of the facts of the case, there shall be a direction to the 6th respondent, who is the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation, Palakkad, to dispose Ext.P4 within a period of 4 months of receipt of copy of this

O.P.(C)No.2090 of 2015 judgment, after hearing both the petitioner and the respondents.
