In this petition, the petitioner who is the plaintiff in O.S.No.370/2003 of the Additional Sub Court, Thiruvananthapuram is aggrieved by Ext.P6 order passed in I.A.No.2175/2013. By the said order the learned Judge directed to remit the court fee before 10.4.2014. While admitting the original petition, this Court passed an interim order of stay which is continuing even now. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the O.P. and he may be granted one week's time to pay the court fee also. Therefore, the O.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. The time for payment of court fee is enlarged upto and including 01/06/2015 and the remittance will be made by the petitioner accordingly.
It is submitted that arguments alone remain to be completed in
O.P.(C)No.1071/2014 the case and therefore time limit may be fixed for disposal of the suit itself. The learned counsel suggested that within three months the suit itself can be disposed of.
