J U D G M E N T

Petitioner is the second defendant in O.S.No.1040 of 2009 on the file of Munsiff, Irinjalakuda. Final decree for partition was passed. On the allegation that there are some mistakes in the final decree the petitioner filed IA.No.5373 of 2013 for correction of the final decree. The complaint is that the learned Munsiff has not disposed it of so far.

I am satisfied that the request of the petitioner to issue a direction to the learned Munsiff to dispose of the application without further delay is reasonable. In the result, this O.P is allowed. The learned Munsiff is directed to dispose of IA.No.5373 of 2013 on or before 23.12.2015.
