O R D E R

Antony Dominic, J .

This revision filed by the tenant is against the order of eviction passed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Kollam in R.C.A.No.31/2007, reversing the order of the Rent Control Court, Kollam in R.C.P.No.3/2014.

By order dated 14.7.2014, this revision was referred for mediation. Accordingly, on the intervention of the Ernakulam Mediation Centre, the parties have settled their disputes and have entered into a memorandum of settlement dated 4.8.2014.

However, today, when the matter was taken up, both sides agreed that the date, 3.8.2015, mentioned in clause (2) of the agreement, will stand modified as 31.8.2015 and we record the said submission.

R.C.R.No.118 Of 2012 Subject to the above modification agreed by counsel on both sides, this revision is disposed of in terms of the agreement entered into between the parties and directing that the agreement will form part of this order. ANTONY DOMINIC, Judge.
