This appeal is filed by the plaintiff in O.S.No.44 of 2007 on the file of the Sub Court, Kattappana. When the appeal came up for consideration on 5.6.2015, the matter was referred for mediation. Accordingly the dispute was mediated at the Ernakulam Mediation Centre (High Court) and the parties have entered into agreement dated 18.8.2015 settling the dispute. In the light of the above, this appeal is disposed of directing that the parties will be governed by the memorandum of settlement dated 18.8.2015 which will form part of this judgment.
