JUDGMENT
Ramakrishnan, J:
Mat.A.No.496/2009 was filed by the 1st respondent in O.P.No.994/2006 of the Family Court, Palakkad.
Mat.A.No.493/2009 was filed by the same party, who was the respondent in O.P.No.996/2006 of the Family Court, Palakkad. R.S.A.No.749/2007 was filed by the defendant in O.S.No.385/1999 on the file of the Munsiff Court, Palakkad and the appellant in A.S.No.58/2003 on the file of the Second Additional District Court, Palakkad.
2. While these matters were pending before this Court, the matters have been referred for mediation and the matters have been settled between the parties and a mediation agreement was entered into between the parties. On the basis of the settlement, parties have agreed to dispose of these matters in terms of the settlement.
3. So the submission is recorded and all the three appeals
R.S.A.No.749 of 2007 & con.cases are disposed of in terms of the mediation agreement and the judgments passed by the court below are set aside and all these cases are disposed of recording the settlement arrived at between the parties in terms of the settlement. The mediation agreement entered into between the parties will form part of this common judgment.
The compromise has been recorded and all the above appeals are disposed of accordingly.
