JUDGMENT

Petitioners are the plaintiffs in O.S.

No. 530/2014 of Munsiff's Court, Thiruvalla. The complaint is that they have not been issued a carbon copy of the order passed on I.A. No.2655/2015 and thus they have been disabled from challenging the order. When the matter was taken up for hearing it was ascertained whether the copy of the order could be issued today. This Court is informed that the copy could be issued today if the petitioners furnish required stamps.

In the result, this Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to furnish the required stamp for the purpose of the copy. The lower court shall issue copy today itself. The Registry will inform the lower court accordingly.

The result of the election shall not be published for four days or till the appellate court passes

an order in the appeal proposed to be filed by the petitioner, whichever is earlier.
