J U D G M E N T

Petitioners are the defendants in OS.997 of 2013 on the file of Sub Court, Thrissur. The first petitioner is aged 64 years. The second petitioner is her son. Respondents are her daughters. The suit arose for family disputes. The request of the petitioners is to issue a direction to the learned Sub Judge to dispose of the suit without delay. 2.

Heard.

Having regard to the fact that the dispute is with regard to a family, I am inclined to grant the prayer of the petitioners.
