Petitioner is the plaintiff in OS.459 of 2015 of Munisff Court, Aluva. He filed Ext.P2 IA for a temporary injunction. The complaint is that the learned Munsiff has not disposed it of. The request is to direct the learned Munsiff to dispose it of without delay.
2.
Heard.
3.
It appears from the report of the learned Munsiff that there was no request on the part of the petitioner to dispose of the temporary injunction application, which is why it has not been disposed of. It is sufficient to issue a direction to the learned Munsiff to dispose of the application within one month from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this judgment.
In the result, this OP is closed with a direction to the learned Munsiff to dispose of Ext.P2 application within one month from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this judgment.
