JUDGMENT

Petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.462 of 2015 on the file of Munsiff, Aluva. Along with the suit he filed an application for a temporary injunction. In this O.P it is alleged that there has been much delay in disposing of the application. The petitioner requests that the learned Munsiff may be directed to dispose it of without delay. 2.

Heard.

A report was called from the learned Munsiff. She has reported that the application was not disposed of because the petitioner was not interested in an early disposal. She has expressed her readiness to dispose it of immediately.

In the result, this O.P is disposed of with a direction to the learned Munsiff to dispose of I.A.No.1410 of 2015 within one month from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this judgment provided the petitioner is ready to submit his arguments.
