Petitioner is one of the defendants in OS.1139 of 2014 of Munsiff Court, Neyyattinkara. The first respondent is the plaintiff. She filed IA.6466 of 2014 for temporary injunction. That was dismissed. She has filed CMA.10 of 2015. The prayer in this OP is to direct the appellate court to dispose of the CMA without delay.

Heard.

3.

Having regard to the nature of the subject matter of the litigation, I am inclined to grant the prayer of the petitioner.

In the result, this OP is disposed of with a direction to the appellate court to dispose of CMA.10 of 2015 within two months from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this judgment provided all the respondents have already entered appearance.
