J U D G M E N T

Petitioner is the plaintiff in OS.403 of 2014 on the file of Munsiff Court, Changanasserry. His request in this OP is to issue a direction to the trial court to issue a carbon copy of the order passed on Ext.P1 application. There is also a prayer to stay the proceedings for 30 days. I think the request for the copy of the order on Ext.P1 is reasonable. But I do not find any reason to stay the proceedings in the trial court for 30 days. But the judgment shall not be pronounced until five days after the issuance of the carbon copy of the order passed on Ext.P1 application. In the result, this OP is disposed of with a direction to the learned Munsiff to issue a carbon copy of the order passed on Ext.P1 application and not to pronounce the judgment until five days from the date of issuance of the carbon copy.
