Ramachandran Nair , J.
This appeal filed from the judgement and decree in O.S.No.210/2006 of the Sub Court, Irinjalakuda. The appellants are the defendants. This Court passed the following order on 7.7.2015:
"Post on 16.7.2015 to report payment of Balance Court Fee. Otherwise, appeal will be rejected." The learned counsel for the appellants submits that even though the parties were informed there are no instructions in the matter. The balance court fee to be remitted is Rs.42,266/- as per the report of the Registry. The appeal was admitted on 10.3.2008. Hence we reject the appeal for nonpayment of balance court fee.
This judgment will be communicated to the appellants directly by the registry.
