JUDGMENT

Petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.923 of 2012 of II Additional Sub Court, Thiruvananthapuram. The amount claimed in the suit is about Rs.2,35,40,203/-. The complaint is that there has been much delay in disposing of the suit. The prayer is to direct the Sub Judge to dispose it of without delay.

2. Heard.

3. I am satisfied that the request is reasonable. There is no legal impediment for trying a suit even though it is not included in the monthly list. So the Sub Judge need not delay the disposal of the case on the ground that it has not included in the list. In the result, this Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Sub Judge to dispose of the suit before the court closes for summer vacation in 2016.
