J U D G M E N T
Perused the report of the Learned Judicial 1st Class Magistrate- I, Kothamangalam.
2. It seems that the matter requires a serious consideration when the petitioner is about to get an employment. This Court is of the view that the matter has to be disposed of as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of four months from today. The petitioner shall file an application before the court below for getting the case advanced, within three days from today so that the learned Magistrate shall advance the case to a nearest date from 22-7-2015.
3. The learned Magistrate is directed to expedite the disposal of the case and dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within four months from today.
