J U D G M E N T

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ An amount of ₹3,500/- per month was ordered by the court below as interim maintenance to the 2nd respondent herein. She is the wife and the petitioner is the husband. According to the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is gainfully employed. Those matters have to be established through evidence in the matter. So far, MC.39/2013 of the Family Court, Thrissur has not been disposed of. 2.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, this Court does not find anything to interfere with the interim arrangement made by the court below. Let the interim maintenance be paid to the 2nd respondent as ordered by the court below.

O.P.(Crl.).214/2015 : 2 :

The court below shall dispose of MC.39/2013 along with the connected original petitions, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

O.P.(Crl.) is disposed of accordingly.
