J U D G M E N T

The main prayer in this Crl.M.C. is as follows: "direct the Family Court, Ernakulam to dispose of Exhibit P-2 Interim Maintenance Application on the next posting date of the case itself, ie. on 29.7.2015."

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered in the interest of justice that in case Ext.P-2 interim maintenance application is still pending for consideration before the court below concerned, then it shall be ensured that the Family Court, Ernakulam, shall take up the same for orders and pass appropriate orders thereon without any further delay, preferably on the next posting date on 29.7.2015 or on the next immediate convenient date concerned.

With these observations and directions, the Crl.M.C. stands finally disposed of.
