JUDGMENT
The petitioners were before this Court seeking disposal of an Execution Petition by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, in which the petitioners had claimed the amounts awarded as compensation pursuant to the death of the husband of the 1st petitioner in an accident.
2. The averment in the writ petition itself shows that the Execution Petition was posted on 30.05.2011 and the above writ petition was filed on 31.03.2011. None appears for the petitioner or the Insurance Company. In such circumstances, in all probability the matter would have been disposed of. If the Execution Petition is not disposed of, the Tribunal shall consider expeditious disposal of the same.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
