JUDGMENT

The petitioners seek an early disposal of SC 414/2013, on the file of Additional Sessions Court, Manjeri. Pursuant to the directions of this court, the Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Manjeri, has submitted a report, stating that the matter will be given the top priority. It is seen that the total pendency of cases before that court is 871. Hence the trial court is directed to expedite and complete the trial, as early as possible, at any rate within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
