JUDGMENT

Since the learned counsel for the petitioner is no more, the Registry was directed by order dated 7.7.2015 to issue notice to the petitioner informing that his counsel is no more and also the necessity to engage another counsel, failing which the O.P. will be disposed of on the next posting date. 2.

Pursuant to the above order the Registry has issued notice to the petitioner with posting date as 30.7.2015. On 30.7.2015 there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence the case was listed today for further consideration. Today also none appeared for the petitioner. In the result, this Original Petition is dismissed for default.
