JUDGMENT

When this petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be allowed to pay the amount due in two equal monthly instalments.

2. At the time of admission, even though the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/-, that has not been paid. Whatever that be, according to the respondent, the amount due as on o7.01.2015 is Rs.75,756/-. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to pay the amount due, i.e., Rs.75,756/-, in two equal monthly instalments, first of which shall be paid on or

before 10.02.2015 and the subsequent instalment on or before the 10th of the succeeding month. If any one instalment is defaulted, the respondent will be free to take appropriate steps.
