JUDGMENT

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The court below shall keep in abeyance the coercive steps against the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall deposit the entire arrears covered by the Crl.M.Ps. within three months from today, in three equal monthly instalments commencing from 09.11.2015 onwards. In case of default of any of the instalments, this order shall stand automatically vacated.

With the said observation, this Original Petition is disposed of.
