It is an interim arrangement made by the court below and the final outcome will be on evidence. According to the petitioner, the respondent herein is gainfully employed. Those matters are to be considered by the court below at the time of recording evidence and final disposal of the matter. Presently, this Court does not find anything to interfere with the matter.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that warrant has been presently issued against the petitioner for non-compliance of Ext.P4 order. The execution

of the warrant shall be kept in abeyance for a period of 15 days from today for enabling the petitioner to make the payment.
