J U D G M E N T

The interim order passed by the Family Court, Malappuram; whereby an amount of ₹2,500/- per month is ordered as interim maintenance to the wife and an amount of ₹1,500/- per month is ordered for the child as interim maintenance, is under challenge.

2. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the entire matter, I do not find anything to interfere with the said order passed by the court below. Matters being so, this O.P.(Crl.) is devoid of merits and is only to dismissed, and I do so.

In the result, this O.P.(Crl.) is dismissed.
