JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the 1st accused in Crime No.1559/2014 of the Palarivattom Police Station, for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC and Sections 10, 16 and 24 of the Immigration Act.

2. It seems that his Maruti Alto Car bearing Regn. No.KL-7-B2-8080 was unnecessarily seized from his possession and it is produced before the court below. Still, the car has not been released. It seems that the court below has passed an order for the release of the car under Section 451 Cr.P.C. Even then, the office of the court below is not releasing the car on the ground that the "Thondi number" has not been furnished.

3. The court below is directed to release the car

O.P.(Crl) No. 409 of 2015 -: 2 :- forthwith to the petitioner on his executing a bond for ₹ 1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) with two solvent sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the court below. The court below shall not wait for any further particulars.
