JUDGMENT

The limited prayer of the petitioner in this original petition is for a direction to the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Ernakulam to dispose the original application filed by the Bank under the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 within a specified time frame.

2. When the matter came up for admission, I had called for a report from the DRT as to within what time the proceedings in O.A.No.5 of 2010 could be completed.

3. By a report dated 10.02.2015, the Presiding Officer of the DRT has indicated that the final order in O.A.No.5 of 2010 can be passed within four months from today.

Accordingly, the original petition is disposed by directing the DRT, Ernakulam, to pass final orders in O.A.No.5 of 2010, after hearing the parties on or before 10.06.2015.
