JUDGMENT

The limited prayer of the petitioner in this original petition is for a direction to the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Ernakulam to dispose SA 81/2014 filed by the Petitioner under the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 within a specified time frame.

2. When the matter came up for admission, I had called for a report from the DRT as to within what time the proceedings in S.A.No.81 of 2014 could be completed.

3. By a report dated 11.02.2015, the Presiding Officer of the DRT has indicated that the final order in S.A.No.81 of 2014 can be passed within three months from today.
