JUDGMENT
The limited prayer of the petitioner in this original petition is for a direction to the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Ernakulam to pass final orders in appeal No.34 of 2010 filed by the petitioner under the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 within a specified time frame.
2. When the matter came up for admission, I had called for a report from the Presiding Officer of the DRT, mentioning the time that would be required for passing final orders in the aforementioned appeal.
3. By a report dated 24.03.2015, the Presiding Officer has indicated that, he would require four months time for passing final orders in the appeal.
