J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to re-fix the deadline fixed by this Court in Ext.P1 for disposing of O.A.No.5/2010 on the files of Debt Recovery Tribunal, Ernakulam.
2. It is to be noted that the Bank has already approached this Court in O.P.(DRT).No.15/2015 and this Court directed the DRT to pass final orders in O.A.No.5/2010, after hearing the petitioner on or before 10.06.2015.
In that view of the matter, this Court cannot grant any relief in this case, unless the direction is varied by the appropriate court in appropriate manner. With liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate court, this original petition is dismissed. Sd/- A.MUHAMED MUSTAQUE, JUDGE.
