JUDGMENT

This is a petition filed seeking a direction for early disposal of O.S. 384 of 2013 pending before the Munsiff's Court, Thrissur.

2. The petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S. 384 of 2013 before the Munsiff's Court, Thrissur. The suit is one for mandatory injunction directing the respondent to vacate the premises. It is pointed out that the written statement has been filed and issues have been raised and the suit is ripe for trial. The petitioner points out that by the illegal occupation of the respondent, he is put to irreparable loss and injury. Therefore, he prays that there may be a direction to dispose of the suit.

3. In the nature of the order that is proposed to be passed in this petition, notice to the respondent appears to be unnecessary.

This Original Petition is allowed and there will be a direction to the Munsiff's Court, Thrissur to take up O.S. 384 of 2013 at the earliest and dispose it of as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment provided the pleadings are complete and parties co-operate.
