J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, an applicant before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Ernakulam in S.A.No.189/2015, has approached this Court seeking enlargement of the time fixed by the DRT for complying with the conditional order. It appears that, for the same relief the petitioner has approached DRT by Ext.P4.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the DRT to consider Ext.P4 submitted by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till a decision is taken by the DRT with regard to enlargement of time, no action shall be initiated against the petitioner for non compliance.
