JUDGMENT

K. T. Sankaran, J.

The relief prayed for by the petitioner in this OP(FC) is to issue a direction to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram to dispose of O.P. No.193 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible. It is stated that the petitioner filed O.P. No.193 of 2014 against the respondent for divorce. The petitioner avers that the conciliation was conducted and it miserably failed. The case is ripe for trial and disposal. It is stated that the case was listed for trial and it was adjourned as there was no representation for the respondent. The respondent was set ex parte. Thereafter, the ex parte order was set aside. The petitioner states that the case is now being adjourned without any sufficient reason.

2. We do not think it necessary to issue notice to the

O. P. (FC) No.104 of 2015 -2respondent before issuing direction to the Family Court to dispose of the Original Petition expeditiously. There will be a direction to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram to dispose of O.P. No.193 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible. The petitioner shall produce before the Family Court certified copy of this judgment and she shall serve a true copy of the judgment to the learned counsel for the respondent and shall produce proof of the same before the Family Court.
