J U D G M E N T

ANTONY DOMINIC, J.:

This original petition is filed by the petitioner in O.P.No.49/2013 on the file of the Family Court, Ottapalam. His prayer is to direct the Family Court to expeditiously dispose of the O.P. On the filing of this case, by order dated 26.3.2015, a report was called for from the Family Court, Ottapalam. Accordingly, report dated 27.3.2015 has been submitted, in which, it is stated that the case is ripe for trial and that if both the parties and counsel are ready, the case can be disposed of within four months. Now that the Family Court has indicated its willingness to dispose of the case as stated above, recording the same, this original petition is disposed of. The petitioner will produce a certified copy of this judgment before the Family Court, Ottapalam, for information and compliance.
